Top Three Lifestyle Tips:
- Be present and know what you are doing and thinking. Be in the moment.
- Plan for changes and make them a priority. Treat your body correctly and eat and exercise right.Changes don’t happen overnight and yes, it can be hard and takes work. But, struggles make us stronger. We make these changes for ourselves and those we love.
- Take time every day to give thanks and ground yourself in what is important to you. Gratitude is key.
Tammi says that life will throw you curve balls, and you just need to find out how to make it through with grace and dignity.
Walking, because it something that anyone can do and fit in, running occasionally and weightlifting because it’s imperative as you age to work on keeping the muscle you have. It’s fun to mix it up and do different things on different days.

Be real and add value to society.
It’s my mission to reach out to people, women predominantly. They are the people who run the roost as regards to health. I would like to help them to lead their families and themselves into a more present lifestyle, nutrition, helping with stress, physical fitness and personal development – things that we strive for but its hard to find the time for. You really need to get out there and make a difference to not to your own life but also those people around you.
