Jamie Farrington is a Primal Blueprint Health Coach and the Executive Chef at Revolution Food located in Des Moine, Iowa. He spent six years in the United States Navy as a Naval Aircrewman. In 2012, his fifth year in the Navy, he discovered what true health meant and became passionate about Primal Living. In between devoting thousands of hours to broadening his knowledge of health and wellness, Jamie earned his culinary degree from the Iowa Culinary Institute in May 2016. He specializes in Paleo and French style cookery and is devoted to enriching the lives of others by sharing his passion for wellness and sustainable food. He became a certified Primal Blueprint Expert in 2015 and started his own business, Revolution Food in August 2015.

Jamie is a father to a two year old daughter, who pushes him to strive to be a better man. His wife, Gabrielle, operates the business and physical fitness side of things.
